Should you wish to cancel your enrolment in a training course, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date. Contact our training team via email at [email protected]
It is likely we will be able to move your enrolment onto a future course that is the equivalent or more cost.
If you cancel within the 72 hour notice period and we are unable to rebook you onto a new course, there may be a charge to cover any administrative or resource material costs. For Mental Health First Aid courses, we require 10 working days’ notice and any cancellation during this period will result in total charge of £45.
In the rare instance where we must cancel a course or training program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability), we will notify registered participants promptly. You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your enrolment to a future training course.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms mentioned above. If you cancel within the stipulated timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
Once your cancellation request is approved and processed, refunds will be issued within 5 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the enrolment process unless otherwise stated.
Non-attendance: If you fail to attend a course or training program without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or other documented extenuating circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.
Hertfordshire Mind Training reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
