What will it cover?

This online course focuses on how learners can make lifestyle changes that can have a positive impact on their wellbeing. It will explore how physical and mental health are interrelated and how improving your physical health can improve mental health. It will also explore how learners can integrate positive lifestyle changes into their lives and set goals towards a healthier lifestyle. This course will cover:

  • Understanding how the mind and body are interrelated
  • Discovering how a healthy body can improve how you feel mentally
  • Learning how having a healthy mind can improve how you feel physically
  • Understanding the importance of a good connection between the mind and body
